Bookings & payments

A booking is confirmed on receipt of the advance amount. The balance is payable before departure as per your quote.

Package prices are per person and subject to availability, season and group size. Taxes (GST) are extra unless stated.

Weather, road conditions, government orders or temple timings may require changes. We will always try to offer the closest alternative.

Carry valid photo ID and any permits required. Follow the guidance of your driver/escort for safety, especially in the hills.

We act as an agent for hotels, transport and other providers and are not liable for their acts or for delays caused by events beyond our control.
