Refund & Returns Policy

Cancellation charges depend on the time left before departure and on the rules of hotels, airlines and transport providers.

Typical charges (unless your booking says otherwise)

- 30+ days before departure: booking amount retained - 15–29 days before: 25% of tour cost - 7–14 days before: 50% of tour cost - Less than 7 days / no-show: 100% of tour cost

Non-refundable items

Flight and train tickets, helicopter tickets, permits and peak-season hotel bookings may be non-refundable.

Refund timeline

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
