Refund and Return policy

  • Cancellations will accept by email: info@gaurangedutour.com
  • Refunds will depend on the time of cancellation before the tour start date:
  • 30 days or more: 80% refund.
  • 15–29 days: 50% refund
  • Less than 15 days: No refund (cancellation charges apply)
  • A full refund (excluding non-refundable bookings such as flights or hotels), or
  • A credit note for future travel with us.
  • We will refund within 7–14 working days after approval.
  • Processing charges or third-party fees (bank/UPI gateway charges) are non-refundable.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account – Sometimes refunds may take a few business days to appear.
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank – It may take some time before your refund is officially posted, depending on their processing time.
  3. Check your payment method – If you used UPI, debit card, or any other digital wallet, verify whether the refund has been credited there.
  4. Processing time – Refunds may take 7–14 working days after approval to reflect, depending on your payment provider.
  5. Still not received?
    If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us immediately or call [+91 9711993261] with your booking details and transaction reference.

🔹 Gifts and Vouchers

1. Gift Packages and Vouchers:
We offer travel gift packages and vouchers that you can purchase for friends, family, or colleagues. These gifts can be redeemed against our tour packages, car or helicopter travel options, and other services offered by us.

2. Redemption:

  • Your Gift voucher remains valid for [specify period, e.g., 12 months] from the date of issue.
  • To redeem, present the voucher code at the time of booking via our website or customer support.
  • Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

3. Terms and Conditions:

  • Gift vouchers cannot be partially redeemed; the full value must be applied to a booking.
  • Bookings made using gift vouchers are subject to our standard Refund and Cancellation Policy.
  • We cannot replace Lost or stolen vouchers.
